Test Talker

In exam situations, students who are slow visual readers perform very poorly, even if their knowledge of the subject being examined is good. Test Talker is a computer program that shows an exact facsimile of the examination being conducted, but also verbalises it via headphones – as if a teacher were reading out the questions. The student can complete the test by typing into the spaces provided. The beauty of Test Talker is that is uses the original exam paper without modification, and students can take the exam in the same room and at the same time as their peers.
