Purchasing Online
We are not yet taking online payments, but you can select the products you wish to purchase and call Tasmanian Living Technology on (03) 63 317400. Alternatively you can email us at wayne@taslivingtech.com.au with your name and number included, and we will call you.
Accessible Design
This site is designed with accessibility in mind and generates strict XHTML 1.0 valid code. It also meets the Priority 1 requirements of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
All pages on this site use structured semantic markup. H2 tags are used for main titles, H3 tags for subtitles. Cascading Style Sheets are used for visual layout. The site uses only relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers.
This site has been tested with common accessibility software including JAWS versions 7,8 and 9, Zoomtext Magnifier and Reader, Webbie ,Thunder, Software Express Guide and Window Eyes.
Site Design
This web site has been built using a modified version Drupal and ubercart running on Ubuntu Linux. It has been implemented in-house by Tasmanian Living Technology and is partly designed to be a showcase of our accessible design and consulting capabilities. Our sister site McLean Healthcare also runs on a similar system.
